mohemian is currently looking for an Executive Assistant (part time) to join our team in Innsbruck. You are the right person if you bring exceptional communication skills, are good in organising, have an eye for detail and are eager to learn!
Your Contribution
- Administrational tasks including general organisation, HR and legal matters
- Collaborate with our management team and support them in upcoming challenges
- Assist in (project) management tasks
- Further develop and establish existing workflows, structuresand processes by independently gathering information conducting best-practices research
Your Background
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience e.g. Management, Law, IT
- Very good organizational skills and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to analyse, structure and design complex processes
- Self-reliant working mode, proactive attitude and pragmatic thinking
- Innate attention to detail and self-starter mentality
- Background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis
- Fluent in English and German
- Scrum Master and Jira/Confluence experience and Project Management experience is a plus
